What is the difference between regular accounts and agency accounts?
Agency accounts are registered to a legal entity and are more
trustworthy for the TikTok advertising network, which lets you run ads without limits on spending or
reach, enjoy improved moderation capabilities and cheaper CPM costs, as well as reduce the occurrence of
bans.
Can I own a TikTok agency account?
Although you get full control over your TikTok accounts issued by
us, you do not get ownership of these accounts. Any offers to purchase an agency account that you might
come across are illegal by definition, and forfeit any agency support and associated benefits.
How many TikTok accounts can I get?
We do not impose a limit on how many accounts you can create with us, as long as your ads abide by TikTok’s guidelines. You may create as many accounts as you need to run different campaigns and target different markets worldwide.
What happens if my account gets blocked?
Whenever possible, we appeal against account suspension straight away, through the TikTok appeal mechanism as well as through agency managers. An account can get blocked due to pre-moderation algorithm misfires, or because of content violations. Please be aware that TikTok takes into account your past history of policy violations and may assign a bad actor status resulting in outright suspension of all subsequent accounts associated with your profile.
How can I ensure my account does not get suspended?
We ask all our clients to submit their ads and landing pages for pre-approval before running them on TikTok. This way you can get a preemptive ruling on whether they comply with TikTok content policies and reduce the risk of restriction.
Do you refund blocked accounts?
If your pre-approved ads result in suspension, we normally allow repurposing blocked funds to other accounts, or refunding them altogether. We may withhold unspent funds on your balance in case you did not submit your ads for pre-approval, and if these ads violate the content policies of TikTok, or our own rules.
What is your fee?
We charge a flat 3% fee on your ad spend. The fee is applied when loading funds to your TikTok account. Whenever you withdraw funds back to your balance, you get the fee back.
